If you have a buddy helping you, get them to measure from the floor to the top of the book spine while you hold the book in place. Other neighborhoods and this would of probably been stolen. So the driver lied about it and left it anyway. Thankfully it was still there when I arrived home but that was the stipulation it was to be signed for. UPS claims it was signed for but no one was home and my neighbors did not sign for it.
My bike was delivered in the middle of a severe rain storm and dropped on my doorstep. So their website was down and you can not get a real person just a virtual assistant. I thought with changing it with UPS that I would be ok.
It came close to the days that I was on vacation. I had just recently seen about your great sale and wanted to get in on that. The bike was shipped and I was out of town those two days.
You were supposed to be able to choose delivery spot and date. My bike was sent by UPS and I signed up for their My Choice package. On your website it would be good if you give a day to have shipped to you. I have not been able to put it together yet due to not understanding the directions.
